How should I prepare for my appointment?

For ultrasound appointments

Morning appointment
  • Eat your usual dinner the night before
  • Arrive fasting — no food in the morning
  • You can drink water or unsweetened beverages

Afternoon appointment
  • Have a light breakfast at least 8 hours before your appointment
  • Drink water or unsweetened drinks freely
Abdominal ultrasound
  • Do not eat for 3 hours before your appointment
  • Avoid urinating directly before the checkup

Medical Team

Sarah Willicombe

Sarah studied medicine at the University of Cambridge and graduated with distinction in 2007.

She qualified as a GP in the UK 12 years ago and has since worked in a wide range of primary care settings, including conventional general practice, out of hours GP care and online GP services.

She has special interests in women’s health and lifestyle medicine.
Dasha Kazei graduated from medical school VUmc in Amsterdam in 2018.

She has clinical experience in multiple university hospitals in the field of reconstructive surgery. She has extensive research experience after working as head research fellow at Harvard University and Beth Israel Medical Centre in Boston, USA.

She is currently working as a clinical doctor in forensic medicine and is a co-founder of Curitt Health where she performs medical checkups.

Kathleen Schneider

Kathleen Schneider graduated from Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg in Germany in 2012 and trained as an internal medicine specialist across multiple hospitals in northern Germany, where she later specialized in diabetes treatment.

Kathleen Schneider brings over 10 years of internal medicine experience and has additional training in psychosomatic care, reflecting her holistic approach to patient wellbeing.
She is particularly passionate about how nutrition and lifestyle changes can transform health outcomes.
