What the BIG-register is
The BIG-register - Beroepen in de Individuele Gezondheidszorg, is the Dutch government’s register of qualified healthcare professionals. Only someone entered in it may use a protected title such as arts, verpleegkundige or fysiotherapeut.

How to verify us yourself
Every number on this page can be checked at zorgverleners.zorggegevens.nl, run by the CIBG on behalf of the Ministry of Health. You don’t need our permission, and we are not told when you look.

What registration actually means
A registered clinician has met the training requirements of the Wet BIG, falls under medical disciplinary law, and must re-register every five years by showing recent, relevant clinical work. Registration can be restricted or withdrawn, and that is public.

Reporting a concern
If you believe a Curitt clinician has acted improperly, write to support@curitt.health. You may also go straight to the Regionaal Tuchtcollege voor de Gezondheidszorg, using our procedure first is not a requirement, and we will never ask you to.
