HOW WE WORK
We’re a small clinical team building preventive care that holds up to scrutiny. That puts some things permanently off the table.
Clinicians decide
Every protocol is signed off by our medical board. No growth target has ever changed what we do, or don’t, test for.
Small teams, real ownership
Thirty-eight people across five clinics. You’ll own a problem end to end and see the result in a patient’s week, not a quarter.
Paid to keep learning
€2,000 a year for training and protected time to use it. Clinicians get funded BIG re-registration and CME hours.
OPEN ROLES
All roles are based in the Netherlands and offered under a Dutch contract, with a pension scheme and travel allowance. We hire for judgement, not for a checklist of years.
CLINICAL · AMSTERDAM · 32–40 HRS
General practitioner (BIG-registered)
Run check-up consultations and results reviews. Two clinical days a week minimum, no evening or weekend on-call.
CLINICAL · ROTTERDAM · 24–32 HRS
Doktersassistent
Blood draws, ECGs and patient intake. Diploma doktersassistent or equivalent, Dutch at C1 and comfortable in English.
OPERATIONS · AMSTERDAM · 40 HRS
Clinic operations lead
Own scheduling, supplies and quality audits across two clinics. Healthcare experience welcome but not required.
PRODUCT · AMSTERDAM / HYBRID · 40 HRS
Senior product designer
Own the patient app and the results experience end to end, working directly with the clinicians who use it.
COMMERCIAL · REMOTE (NL) · 32–40 HRS
Corporate partnerships manager
Bring our employer programme to Dutch companies of 50 to 2,000 people. Consultative, long cycles, no cold-call quotas.
