These are the terms that apply when you book with Curitt or use our website. Your treatment itself is also governed by the Dutch WGBO, which gives you rights these terms cannot take away.
01
Who these terms apply to
These terms apply between Curitt B.V. (KvK 92298869) and anyone who books an appointment or uses curitt.health. The treatment agreement between you and your doctor is additionally governed by the WGBO.
02
The care we provide
Curitt provides preventive screening and diagnostic services. We are not an emergency service, we do not replace your huisarts, and we do not provide continuous or out-of-hours care. In an emergency, call 112.
03
Booking and eligibility
You must be eighteen or over to book. You are responsible for the accuracy of the medical information you give us, incomplete information can make a result impossible to interpret safely.
04
Prices and payment
The price shown when you book is the price you pay. Appointments are payable in advance. Prices include VAT where it applies.
05
Cancellations and no-shows
You may cancel or move an appointment free of charge up to twenty-four hours beforehand. Inside that window, or if you do not attend, we charge fifty per cent of the appointment fee.
06
Results and medical responsibility
Every result is reviewed by a BIG-registered doctor before it is released to you. A result is a snapshot: on its own it is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace consultation with your own physician.
07
Complaints
Tell us first, at support@curitt.health. If we cannot resolve it within six weeks, our independent complaints officer under the Wkkgz takes it on, and you may then bring the matter to the Geschilleninstelling.
08
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, except where damage results from intent or gross negligence on our part. Nothing here limits your rights under Dutch consumer law.
09
Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are heard by the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to your right to bring a claim before the court of your own place of residence.
